Cous-cous and Pizza Galore!

Successfully made my first cous-cous. It basically is just adding broth+any type of oil or butter + the cous itself and 10 minutes later it's done! Cous-cous is best eaten with hearty stews, so here, I made chickpea, carrot, onion, tuna stew, juices from chicken broth and tuna broth.

I made Scott 5 pita-pizzas (yes, he eats that much in a single meal).
There's 1. Mexican with salsa as a base +onion + chile powder +avocado
2. "indian" chickpea, bell-pepper, feta, curry powder
3. salad pizza with oriental mix + feta
4. meat-lovers with procuitto, ham, and salami on a rosemary base
5. italian with italian four-cheese and tomatoes

  2. yeah. it's the curry powder. I meant that the pizza was "indian". and that it contained chickpeas..etc. but i think of chickpeas as very indian/middle eastern anyway
